Addition of Relevant premises and Residential care premises definitions
Introduces definitions for 'Relevant premises' and 'Residential care premises' as assigned by regulation 32 in Part E of the Building Regulations.
After the definition of "Relevant boundary", insert –
"Relevant premises – has the meaning assigned to it by regulation 32 in Part E of the Building Regulations.
Residential care premises – has the meaning assigned to it by regulation 32 in Part E of the Building Regulations.".
