Addition of Habitable room definition
Defines a habitable room in a dwelling as any room other than kitchens, utility rooms, bathrooms, shower rooms, dressing rooms, store rooms, or WCs.
After the definition of "Gallery", insert –
"Habitable room – any room in a dwelling other than a kitchen, utility room, bathroom, shower room, dressing room, store room or WC.".
