Automatic fire suppression systems - design principles
Automatic fire suppression systems should be designed primarily to protect lives rather than property, with faster responding sprinkler heads, and must be fire suppression systems designed specifically to deal with fires.

(c) it should be a fire suppression system, one designed specifically to deal with fires rather than other hazards.
