Automatic fire suppression systems - Performance (Regulation 37B)
Automatic fire suppression systems must be provided where necessary. Such systems should be automatic and not require people to initiate activation.
It is the view of the Department that the requirements of Regulation 37B in Part E will be met when a suitable automatic fire suppression system is provided where it is necessary.
The key characteristics of any automatic fire suppression system are —
(a) it should be automatic and not require people to initiate its activation;
