Retail Development Scale and Type Requirements
All retail and main town centre use development proposals must be appropriately scaled and typed according to the centre's position and function within the retail hierarchy.
Ensuring all development proposals for retail and other main town centre uses are of a scale and type that are commensurate with the centre's size and function within the retail hierarchy;
