Amendment to Appendix A
Appendix A is no longer used and its previous content relating to facilities for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities has been removed.
In the line commencing "Appendix A" delete "Informative – Facilities for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities" and substitute – "Not used".
