Note on buildings above 18 m occupied storey
Buildings with a top occupied storey above 18 m must meet additional provisions in paragraph 5.4 beyond the materials requirements in Table 5.1A.
In addition to the requirements within this table, buildings with a top occupied storey above 18 m should also meet the provisions of paragraph 5.4.
