Local Employment Sites Use and Mixed-Use Redevelopment
Local Employment Sites will continue to serve current local employment needs but may be considered for mixed-use redevelopment schemes that deliver local community and employment benefits.
Whilst these sites will continue to facilitate current local employment needs and be safeguarded for such use, it is recognised that there may be potential for mixed-use redevelopment schemes to deliver local community and employment benefits in the future.
