Amendment to paragraph 3.9 - Radon protection areas review
Describes the review of radon protection areas by the Department in consultation with Public Health England and geological survey bodies.
Delete paragraph 3.9 and substitute – "3.9 The areas where radon protection is required have been reviewed by the Department in the light of futher advice from Public Health England, working with the Geological Survey of Northern Ireland and the British Geological Survey.".
