Presumption Against Alternative Uses in SELs
The Council will operate a presumption against alternative uses of land and premises in SELs to protect these primary employment sites for future employment purposes.
As the primary employment sites serving our Borough the Council will operate a presumption against the alternative use of land and premises in SELs to safeguard them for future employment purposes.
