Surface width definition
Surface width is the clear width of a stair or ramp measured at the tread or ramp surface between any enclosing walls, strings, upstands, kerbs or guarding.
Surface width – the width of a stair or ramp, measured at the tread of a step or the surface of a ramp, between any enclosing walls, strings, upstands, kerbs or guarding.
