Covenants by the Applicant The Applicant hereby covenants with the Council as follows: (1) To develop the Application Site in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Permission granted. (2) To comply with the Policy Exemption Statement, Document xx, date stamped xxxx (Annex 4). (3) To give the Council written notice within a reasonable time of any change in ownership of any of its interests in the Site or the Properties (in accordance with any disposal contained under Article 13 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 such notice to give details of the transferee's full name and registered office (if a company or usual address if not), together with details of the nature and extent of the interest disposed of.
