Severability Clause in Affordable Housing Deed
If any provision of an affordable housing deed is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that defect does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the deed.
If any clause in this Deed is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable then such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Deed.
