Interest on Late Payments
Interest is payable on late payments calculated daily and compounded monthly from the due date until payment, including before judgment.
If any payment due under this Deed is paid late, Interest will be payable from the date payment is due to the date of payment calculated on a daily basis and to be compounded at monthly rests, as well as before judgment.
