Cessation of Deed Effect

The planning obligation deed ceases to have effect if the planning permission is quashed, revoked, withdrawn, modified by statutory procedure, or expires before development commences.

This Deed shall cease to have effect (insofar only as it has not already been complied with) if the Planning Permission is quashed, revoked or otherwise withdrawn or is modified by any statutory procedure or expires prior to the Commencement of Development.
