Confirmation of Performance or Discharge of Obligations
On written request, the Council will issue written confirmation within 14 working days that obligations in Schedule 1 have been satisfactorily performed or discharged.
On the written request of the Applicant at any time after each or all of the obligations contained in Schedule 1 have been satisfactorily performed or otherwise discharged the Council will within 14 working days issue a written confirmation of such performance or discharge under Section 77 of the Act.
