Notice Recipient Addresses
Notices to the Council should be sent to Antrim Civic Centre marked for the Head of Legal Services, and notices to the Applicant at the address specified in the Deed or otherwise notified in writing.
Any notice or other communication to be given under this Deed must be sent to the relevant party as follows and in accordance with the provisions of Clause 20: (1) to the Council at Antrim Civic Centre, 50 Stiles Way, BT41 2UB, marked for the attention of the Head of Legal Services; (2) to the Applicant at xxx marked for the attention of the development manager or as otherwise specified by the relevant party by notice in writing to each other party.
