Council Agreement Not to be Unreasonably Withheld
Any agreement, approval, consent or satisfaction required from the Council under the Deed shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Where the agreement, approval, consent or expression of satisfaction is required by the Applicant from the Council under the terms of this Deed such agreement, approval, consent or expression of satisfaction shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
