Registration of Deed as Statutory Charge
The Deed is registrable as a statutory charge under the Act and shall be registered by the Council as a charge on the land within a reasonable period after execution.
This Deed is registrable as a statutory charge in accordance with Section 76 and Section 245 of the Act and shall be registered as a charge on the land by the Council who will register this within a reasonable period following the execution of this Deed.
