Applicant's Covenants
The Applicant covenants to observe obligations in the First Schedule on behalf of itself and successors, binding all parts of the Site, and must not commence Development before service of the Commencement Notice.
The Applicant covenants with The Council: (1) to observe and perform the obligations set out in the First Schedule on behalf of itself and its successors in title and all persons claiming under or through him or them and so as to bind each and every part of the Site; (2) not to commence Development before the service of the Commencement Notice.
