Conditionality and Linkage to Planning Permission
The obligations in the Deed come into effect upon execution (except specified clauses) and are inextricably linked to the Planning Permission granted. Obligations continue unless discharged or modified under Section 77 of the Act.
Except for the provisions of Clause 33 (Jurisdiction) and 34 (Delivery), all obligations contained within this Deed shall came into effect once this Agreement is executed. The obligations under this Agreement are inextricably linked to the obligations under the Planning Permission granted. These obligations continue unless discharged or modified under Section 77 of the Act.
