Environmental health consultation for bookmaking offices
The council will consult Environmental Health regarding proposals for bookmaking offices due to noise, litter, and disturbance potentially detrimental to area amenities.
Bookmaking offices by the nature of the activities carried on generate a certain amount of noise, litter and disturbance, which may be detrimental to the amenities of an area. In dealing with proposals to establish such premises the council will consult the council's Environmental Health. Their advice will be considered when deciding if
