Consideration of bookmaking office applications
The council will assess bookmaking office proposals based on proper location, effects on adjoining properties, amenity impacts including noise and litter, appearance and design, and conservation area considerations.
In considering applications for bookmaking offices, the council will consider the proper location, the effect on adjoining property, the potential for adverse amenity impact associated with noise, litter car parking, and the appearance and design, particularly where the proposal lies within an existing or proposed Conservation Area.
