Affordable Housing Proposal Submission Requirements
Applicants must prepare and submit an Affordable Housing Proposal Form and Checklist along with planning applications, detailed plans, and design and access statements, after seeking advice from a Registered Housing Association or other operator.
Finalises Affordable Housing Proposal Form and Checklist and submits with planning application, detailed plans, and design & access statement/design concept statement.
