Affordable Housing Process Flow - Policy Application and Requirements
This flowchart outlines the process for determining whether affordable housing requirements apply to a development, based on whether Policy DM 17 or DM 18G applies, considering factors such as the number of dwellings, Local Development Plan Key Site Requirements, and countryside location.
Are 40 or more dwellings proposed? OR Do LPP KSRs/Zonings for Affordable Housing apply to the site? OR Does the proposal relate to Affordable Housing in the countryside? If NO, there is no affordable housing requirement. If YES, proceed to policy consultation.
