Marketing statement submission
A marketing statement must be submitted with the planning application detailing the marketing strategy undertaken. Where there is an existing retail use, evidence that the tenant intends to move out must be provided.
A marketing statement should be submitted with the planning application, setting out the details of the marketing strategy that has been undertaken. It should also be noted that where there is an existing retail use then the council will require evidence that the tenant intends to move out.
