Belfast Agenda Community Plan

The Belfast Agenda is the city's Community Plan launched in November 2018, created by key city partners to ensure everyone experiences good health and wellbeing with reduced health inequalities by 2035.

The Belfast Agenda is Belfast's first Community Plan and was launched on 9 November 2018. It was created by a partnership of key city partners, residents and community organisations. It's about making sure that public services work together with communities to deliver real improvements for local people. It is the aim within the agenda that everyone in Belfast experiences good health and well-being, and that, "By 2035, everyone will live a healthy lifestyle and will experience the best possible physical health and emotional well-being. Health inequalities will be reduced and those who suffer from poor health will receive the care and support they need in a compassionate city".
