Overview and Scope of SPG012
This SPG provides planning guidance for sensitive uses including restaurants, cafés, hot food takeaways, bookmaking offices, amusement centres, pubs and nightclubs in Belfast. It applies to Belfast LGD and is intended for developers, the public, and planning officers assessing planning applications for these specific proposals.
