Environmental Quality - Impact on Sensitive Receptors
Proposals must be assessed for potential adverse impacts on nearby existing or approved sensitive receptors such as residential properties and offices. A noise and vibration or odour impact assessment may be required.
Consideration will be given to the potential impact of the proposal to adversely impact the amenity of nearby existing or approved sensitives receptors such as residential and/or offices. A noise and vibration or odour impact assessment may be required.
