Policy TLC4: Evening and Night time Economy

Policy TLC4 Evening and Night time Economy encourages the diversification of evening and night time uses, and protects existing leisure and cultural venues to sustainably develop the city centre and tourism clusters as an attractive vibrant place to visit. The policy supports the Belfast Agenda, the Council's Integrated Tourism Strategy and the Cultural Strategy 2020 – 2030 to promote a diverse tourism package to a wider group of visitors living locally, as well as beyond Northern Ireland.
