Belfast Agenda tourism and evening economy objectives
The Belfast Agenda commits to growing the tourism sector and developing a vibrant evening and night time economy to enhance city attractiveness, create jobs, and contribute to economic growth.
The intention is to develop and enhance Belfast's reputation as an attractive leisure and cultural destination that will contribute positively to the city's tourism offer. The council's Belfast Agenda is committed to growing the tourism sector, to increase visitor numbers and spend within the city. A vibrant evening and night time economy can enhance the attractiveness of the city for the local community, visitors and tourists. It can make a contribution to economic growth, through the creation of jobs.
