Noise Policy consideration in planning
Planning Services must have regard to the Noise Policy Statement for Northern Ireland to ensure appropriate inter-relationship between the planning system and acceptable noise burden on society.
The SPPS directs that Planning Services should pay due regard to the Noise Policy Statement for Northern Ireland to ensure appropriate inter-relationship between the planning system and what is an acceptable noise burden to place on society.
