Retention of economic development land
Economic development land and buildings on zoned employment land should be retained, with loss only considered in exceptional circumstances.
It is important that economic development land and buildings on zoned employment land are retained and only in exceptional circumstances will the council consider the loss of such land and buildings to other uses.
