Phasing conditions for mixed-use development
Planning permission for mixed-use development will include phasing conditions that link delivery of the employment element to progress of the higher value use.
Where a mixed-use approach is pursued, any planning permission will be conditional on a programmed of phasing whereby the delivery of the employment element is linked to the progress of the higher value use.
