Pre-application discussions for mixed-use development
Developers should engage in early pre-application discussions with the council to determine site suitability for mixed-use development and the required level of employment provision.
In line with best practice, it is advised that prospective developers should approach the council at an early stage in order to enter into pre-application discussions to determine the appropriateness of a site for mixed-use development and the level of employment provision the council may be seeking to achieve.
